By partnering with Purulia Travels, hotel owners agree to the following:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • You will receive 30% advance upon confirmation of a booking.
  • The remaining 70% is paid during check-in or check-out, as per your hotel policy.

2. Calendar & Pricing

  • You must maintain an accurate availability calendar and pricing for your rooms.
  • If you lack technical support, our team can assist in managing this free of charge.

3. Booking Confirmation Protocol

  • Instant Booking: Our executive will contact you to confirm and send the advance. If you are unreachable, we will wait 15 minutes and complete the booking once you are available.

  • Enquiry Booking: Our executive will contact you to confirm and send the advance. If you are unreachable within 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled.

4. Amenities Updates

  • You must inform us about any changes in room amenities. We will update the listings accordingly to avoid any misinformation to customers.

5. Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Directly sharing your contact details with tourists to bypass our platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations will result in a 1-month suspension from our platform.

6. Guest Safety

  • Ensure your property maintains basic safety, hygiene, and comfort standards for all guests to promote a positive travel experience in Purulia.

For Car Owners / Transport Partners

We also welcome Car Rental and Tour Operators to join our platform under the following guidelines:

 

1. Booking & Payment

  • Drivers/owners will receive 30% advance payment upon confirmation.
  • Remaining 70% is settled on meeting the client at the designated pickup point.

2. Availability

  • Maintain clear availability status and pricing of your vehicle(s).
  • Changes in vehicle model, condition, or availability must be reported promptly.

3. Punctuality & Conduct

  • Ensure on-time arrival at the pickup point.
  • Drivers must maintain professional behavior, valid licenses, and vehicle documents.

4. Safety & Hygiene

  • Vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and safe for travel.
  • Comply with local traffic laws and client comfort requirements at all times.

5. Anti-Fraud Policy

  • Direct client contact sharing for future bookings without using the platform is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension.
