Cancellation by Guests who paid Partial amount (40%) during booking for all service: Hotels, Tours & Cars.
Cancellation before 14 days of arrival, a full refund will be made without any deduction.
Cancellation between 7-14 days of arrival, There will be a 50% refund of the booking amount.
Cancellation in less than 7 days of arrival, No refund will be made.
To cancel any booked service, directly cancel it from the user account in the website.Â

Apart from the above straightforward cases of cancellation, there are specific instances or problems for which tourists are eligible to receive a refund under our policy. Guests may be eligible for refunds in the following situations:
1. Host cancels booking: If a hotel cancels the booking without the consent of the guest, then tourists will get a full refund.Â
2.Tour Packages: The listing description contained inaccurate or incomplete information. Various factors might influence this, such as the locations, meals, covered destinations, etc. Guests will get an initial refund for that. For this, guests have to talk with our support with the exact issue.
3. Cars: The listing description contained inaccurate or incomplete information. Various factors might influence this, such as the AC, locations, Pick up location, etc.
