Upon arrival, a private vehicle arranged by Purulia Travels will take you through the scenic Ajodhya Hill Top area. From there, the vehicle will continue for 3.8 km to Upper Dam More, take a right, and travel another 5.8 km to Turga Falls. The journey then continues for 3.1 km along the Baghmundi route, leading to the serene Turga Dam.

By Road

Purulia is well-connected by road to nearby cities such as Bankura, Asansol, Bokaro, Jamshedpur, and Ranchi. From Kolkata, you can board a government or private bus from Esplanade, including two AC services. These buses will drop you at Purulia Bus Stand, where a vehicle from Purulia Travels will pick you up. The vehicle will take you through the scenic Ajodhya Hill Top area and continue for 3.8 km to reach Upper Dam More. After that, it will take a right and drive 5.8 km to Turga Falls, followed by 3.1 km along the Baghmundi route to the peaceful Turga Dam. If you're driving yourself, just follow the same route once you reach Purulia Town.

By Air

The closest airports are Birsa Munda Airport in Ranchi, about 117 km away, and Kazi Nazrul Islam Airport in Durgapur, approximately 164 km away. From either airport, you can take a train or bus to Purulia Town. Once you arrive, a private vehicle from Purulia Travels will take you through the picturesque Ajodhya Hill Top area. After reaching the Hill Top, the vehicle will continue for 3.8 km to Upper Dam More, then take a right and travel 5.8 km to Turga Falls.
